I have a passion for coaching women and families through life’s challenges. I have the heart to develop women to live a balanced, positive, faith-filled approach to life. I coach through a Christian biblical philosophy that incorporates the bible, other researched-based tools, and resources to promote growth and development.  I come alongside women to equip and encourage them to fulfill their purpose and calling with their unique God-given gifts.

My focus encompasses life issues; stress management, developing a positive mindset, communication, time management, organizational skills, accountability, goal and vision setting to achieve results, resiliency, parenting challenges, divorce recovery, forgiveness, grief, and identity.

My experience is among the first responders and their families. I have a bachelor’s of science and a minor in health & fitness promotion from Portland State University. I am a student counselor at Liberty University training to become a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. The way I implement change includes the 5 Slices of Life and the ABC model for sustained behavioral change.

I want to support you in becoming more relationally and emotionally mature so you can live the life you intended. Let’s get started…

  • Bachelor of Science - Portland State University

  • Minor in Health and Fitness - Portland State University

  • Current Clinical Mental Health Counseling student - Liberty University
