Group Counseling

As a culture, we have grown to function independent of each other. Life’s peaks and valleys are more common than we realize. However, fear, self-doubt, and ambivalence keep us from inviting others into life’s processes with us. Group session therapy invites others with common life circumstances to partake in the growth process together. This adds depth, relationship, and healing through a greater perspective with a communal approach. Whether you have been in individual counseling or are ambivalent to step out, this may be just what is needed to promote further growth and freedom. The price for each session is a fraction of the cost for individual therapy.
